NMRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC6, VSIG4, and CLVS1. Each is linked with NMRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC6 grouped by NMRK1-low versus NMRK1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
