NMRAL2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRAL2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRAL2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCLM, G6PD, and ME1. Each is linked with NMRAL2P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRAL2P-to-partner and partner-to-NMRAL2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMRAL2P versus GCLM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRAL2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRAL2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
