NMRAL2P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRAL2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRAL2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, MAP3K4-AS1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with NMRAL2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRAL2P-to-partner and partner-to-NMRAL2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by NMRAL2P-low versus NMRAL2P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRAL2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRAL2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
