Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRAL2P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMRAL2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, GAPDH, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NMRAL2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRAL2P-to-partner and partner-to-NMRAL2P results are reported.
