NMNAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMNAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, NAXE, and SMC1A. Each is linked with NMNAT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT3-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT3 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
