NMNAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMNAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Akt, and LKB1. Each is linked with NMNAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT3-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by NMNAT3-low versus NMNAT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
