Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMNAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,294 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with NMNAT3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT3-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT3 results are reported.
