NME9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,298 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, WDR35, and DBR1. Each is linked with NME9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME9-to-partner and partner-to-NME9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME9 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
