NME9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, ERK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with NME9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME9-to-partner and partner-to-NME9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by NME9-low versus NME9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
