NME9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,327 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKTR, UBAP1L, and UVSSA. Each is linked with NME9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME9-to-partner and partner-to-NME9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME9 versus NKTR in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
