Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,081 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with NME9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME9-to-partner and partner-to-NME9 results are reported.
