NME3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,599 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1, STUB1_S273, and PRDX4. Each is linked with NME3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME3-to-partner and partner-to-NME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME3 versus STUB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
