NME2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1078P, RNU6-159P, and RPL27P8. Each is linked with NME2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME2P1-to-partner and partner-to-NME2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1078P grouped by NME2P1-low versus NME2P1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
