NMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Myocytes, and Eosinophils. Each is linked with NMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMD3-to-partner and partner-to-NMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by NMD3-low versus NMD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
