Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMBR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTI1, ZNF629, and HMOX2. Each is linked with NMBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMBR-to-partner and partner-to-NMBR results are reported.
