Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ5, MRPL18, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with NMBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMBR-to-partner and partner-to-NMBR results are reported.
