Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRD15, UBTFL1, and BMP15. Each is linked with NMBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMBR-to-partner and partner-to-NMBR results are reported.
