NLRX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, RASSF1, and TRMU. Each is linked with NLRX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRX1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by NLRX1-low versus NLRX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
