NLRP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,409 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN2, TSPOAP1, and CRTAC1. Each is linked with NLRP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP8-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN2 grouped by NLRP8-low versus NLRP8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
