NLRP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE21, ADH5, and IFNL4. Each is linked with NLRP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP8-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE21 grouped by NLRP8-low versus NLRP8-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
