NLRP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, SNRPD1, and TIPIN. Each is linked with NLRP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP7-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by NLRP7-low versus NLRP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
