Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTX1, CDCA2, and C4orf46. Each is linked with NLRP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP4-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTX1 grouped by NLRP4-low versus NLRP4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
