NLRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HCC1, OR7E105P, and FANCE. Each is linked with NLRP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP2-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1 grouped by NLRP2-low versus NLRP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
