NLRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP3L, C5orf46, and KAAG1. Each is linked with NLRP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP2-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFAP3L grouped by NLRP2-low versus NLRP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
