Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NLRP13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NLRP13 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher NLRP13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLRP13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRP, GBM, and STAD are the cancer types where NLRP13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
