NLRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,356 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF11, KCNH7, and FBXO7. Each is linked with NLRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NLRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF11 grouped by NLRP1-low versus NLRP1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
