NLRC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,014 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-B, PSMB8, and HLA-A. Each is linked with NLRC5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC5-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRC5 versus HLA-B in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
