NLRC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT7, IER3IP1, and TAF9. Each is linked with NLRC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNOT7 grouped by NLRC3-low versus NLRC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
