NLN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, TBCA, and WDR36. Each is linked with NLN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLN-to-partner and partner-to-NLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLN versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
