Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, KLF2, and MSH3. Each is linked with NLN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLN-to-partner and partner-to-NLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLN versus RHOJ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
