Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with NLN in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLN-to-partner and partner-to-NLN results are reported.
