Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL447P, RN7SL237P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with NLK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLK-to-partner and partner-to-NLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL447P grouped by NLK-low versus NLK-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
