NLGN4X

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN4X RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,051 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN4X-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, PALM, and COL1A1. Each is linked with NLGN4X in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN4X-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN4X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN4X versus RAI14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN4X→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN4X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
