Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN4X protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 762 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLGN4X-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A9, RBM5-AS1, and DSG2. Each is linked with NLGN4X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN4X-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN4X results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN4X versus SLC5A9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN4X→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN4X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
