NLGN4X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN4X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN4X-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAK3, PSMD14, and TROAP. Each is linked with NLGN4X in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN4X-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN4X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRAK3 grouped by NLGN4X-low versus NLGN4X-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN4X→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN4X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
