NLGN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,964 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, DCLK1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with NLGN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN1-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN1 versus CRMP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
