NLGN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLGN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, PIGY, and PSMB6. Each is linked with NLGN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN1-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM3 grouped by NLGN1-low versus NLGN1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
