NLE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, PCNA, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NLE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLE1-to-partner and partner-to-NLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Stathmin grouped by NLE1-low versus NLE1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
