Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, Maturation of LSU-rRNA, and Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with NLE1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLE1-to-partner and partner-to-NLE1 results are reported.
