NLE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf185, HMGCS1, and LHCGR. Each is linked with NLE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLE1-to-partner and partner-to-NLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf185 grouped by NLE1-low versus NLE1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
