NKX6-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX6-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX6-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5591, VN1R36P, and RPS27P27. Each is linked with NKX6-2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX6-2-to-partner and partner-to-NKX6-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5591 grouped by NKX6-2-low versus NKX6-2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX6-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX6-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
