NKX3-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX3-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX3-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPV17L2P1, ZP4, and OR5M10. Each is linked with NKX3-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX3-2-to-partner and partner-to-NKX3-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPV17L2P1 grouped by NKX3-2-low versus NKX3-2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX3-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX3-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
