The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher NKX2-3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NKX2-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where NKX2-3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
