The most reproducible NKX2-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuron fate determination, Pancreatic A cell differentiation, and Glial cell fate specification. Each is linked with NKX2-2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-2-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-2 results are reported.
