NKPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,071 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1BP6, SNORA35, and RNA5SP461. Each is linked with NKPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKPD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS1BP6 grouped by NKPD1-low versus NKPD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
