NKIRAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKIRAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKIRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, MTATP6P21, and RN7SL82P. Each is linked with NKIRAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKIRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NKIRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1228P grouped by NKIRAS2-low versus NKIRAS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKIRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKIRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
