NKAPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PISRT1, LINC00538, and TRIM60. Each is linked with NKAPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAPP1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PISRT1 grouped by NKAPP1-low versus NKAPP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
