NKAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,727 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPH2, TCEAL4, and PHF6. Each is linked with NKAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAP-to-partner and partner-to-NKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKAP versus HNRNPH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
