Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, Vacuolar proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, and Regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with NKAP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAP-to-partner and partner-to-NKAP results are reported.
