NKAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOLR2, OR5A1, and TRIM49C. Each is linked with NKAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAP-to-partner and partner-to-NKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOLR2 grouped by NKAP-low versus NKAP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
